Boku is a truly global company that takes pride in its diversity and thriving equal opportunity workplace.</p></div><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Business Development & Partners Management</strong></p> <ol> <li>Understand the payments business in Thailand to identity, qualify, develop, manage and execute the Supply pipeline for Mobile Payment (i.e. ewallets, real-time-payment, direct debit)</li> <li>Support smooth & efficient partners on-boarding & service launch, ensuring full compliance to Boku’s business ethics, audit, and regulatory guidelines.</li> <li>Negotiate with partners to improve pricing & marketing support and manage operational contract addendum, invoice & settlement issues</li> <li>Establish and manage strong relationships & rapport with key decision makers in carriers/eWallet/PSPs/merchants</li> <li>Become key ‘problem solver’ for partners in any matters related to Mobile Payments<br><br><strong>Optimisation</strong><strong> </strong></li> <li>Analyse and monitori KPIs related to the connections and find optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Manage partners’ supporting features and work with partners for improvement projects.<br><br><strong>Interact and communication:<br><br></strong></li> <li>Working closely with APAC management to develop the Payment strategy; ensure alignment on commercial strategies and business objectives.</li> <li>Working closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. Product, Project, Legal, Finance, Sales, Account Management etc) to finalize commercial, close contracts & complete technical integration with Mobile Payment partners (i.e. carriers/eWallet/PSPs/merchants)</li> <li>Act as the ‘partners’ champion’ within the organisation, and Boku’s ambassador to partners.</li> </ol> <p><strong>QUALIFICATION:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A university degree/diploma in any discipline; preferably in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience working in a combination of business development, project management, marketing or product development. Experience in Technical Project/Account management and/or product management is preferred.</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Thai.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ol> <li>At least 3 years prior experience in business development, business management, sales position</li> <li>Experience and demonstrable records in managing complex projects, collaborating & engagement with internal & external cross functional teams & key stakeholders</li> <li>Experienced self-starter with a customer-centric focus, an analytical mindset, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong advantage if candidate has experience working in the Payment.
